Who we are
The Yellow Skill Academy is a digital marketing and AI training academy in Sri Ganganagar, Rajasthan, India. This policy explains what information we collect through our website, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it.
In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” mean The Yellow Skill Academy. “You” means anyone who uses our website, books a demo class, books a seat at an event, or contacts us.

What we collect and why
When you book a free demo class
Our demo booking form asks for your name, mobile number, the course you are interested in, and an optional preferred start date. We use these details to call or message you, confirm your demo class, and answer your questions about the course. We also record which page the form was filled on and how you reached our website (for example, from an Instagram link), so we know which of our efforts are helping people find us.
When you book a seat at an event
Our event booking form asks for your name, WhatsApp number, email address, which description fits you best (student, business owner, freelancer and so on), and optionally how you heard about the event. We use these details to send you your ticket, send a reminder before the event, keep track of how many seats are left, and check you in when you arrive. If an event has a fee, we also record whether you have paid it at the venue.
Your event ticket contains a QR code with your booking reference. Anyone who opens that link can see your booking details, so please treat your ticket link as private.
When you contact us
If you call us, email us, or message us on WhatsApp, we keep a record of that conversation so we can help you properly and follow up on what we discussed.
When you simply browse the website
Like most websites, our web server automatically records technical details such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visited. This helps us keep the website secure and working correctly.
Cookies and analytics
Our website uses cookies, which are small files stored in your browser. Some are needed for the website to work, for example to remember that you are logged in if you have an account with us, or to protect our forms from spam.
We also use Google Analytics and Google Search Console to understand how many people visit the website, which pages they read and which searches bring them to us. These tools give us reports about groups of visitors, not about you personally. Google may set its own cookies for this purpose. Our website is protected by a security service that blocks harmful traffic, and it uses caching to load pages faster. Both may store a cookie in your browser for technical reasons.

Content from other websites
Some of our pages include content from other services, such as an Instagram feed, Google Reviews, embedded videos or a Google Map. When you view one of these pages, that service can see that you visited it and may set its own cookies, exactly as if you had visited the service directly. Each service has its own privacy policy.
Who we share your information with
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing.
We share it only with the service providers who help us run the academy, and only as much as they need:
- Our website host stores the website and its database.
- Our email service delivers your tickets, reminders and replies.
- Google provides the analytics and search tools described above.
- WhatsApp (Meta), if you choose to message us there.
We may also share information if the law requires it, or if we need to protect our rights, our students or our staff.
How long we keep it
Demo enquiries and event bookings are kept while we are in touch with you and afterwards as a record of our classes and events. Student records are kept for as long as you are a student and afterwards for our own records, since our courses include mentorship that continues after the course ends. If you comment on our website, the comment and its details are kept so we can recognise follow-up comments. Technical logs are kept for a short period and then deleted automatically.
If you ask us to delete your details, we will do so unless we are required to keep them for legal or accounting reasons.
How we protect your information
Our website uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, sits behind a security firewall, and is backed up regularly. Access to booking and enquiry records is limited to our own team. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you share with us.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we hold about you;
- correct anything that is wrong;
- delete your information, where we are not required to keep it;
- stop sending you messages about courses and events.

If you booked a seat at an event and can no longer come, you can cancel it yourself from the ticket link in your confirmation email, which also removes your seat from that event.
Children
Our courses are meant for people aged 16 and above. If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian before booking a demo class or an event with us.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and change the date below.
